Description
Felv + Fiv diagnostic tests
Rapid immunochromatography test for the simultaneous detection of antibodies against feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia virus (FeLV) antigens in the blood. Store the test at room temperature. The kit includes the Felv + Fiv test, test tubes with diluent and disposable pipettes.
Specificity: Fiv 97.1%, Felv 98.6%
Sensitivity: Fiv 96.7%, Felv 99.0%
Test material: serum, plasma or CBC
Carrying out the test:
1. Remove the cassette from its packaging and place it on a flat surface
2. Place three drops of the material in the A window using the pipette provided with the test and add three drops of the buffer to the same window as soon as possible.
3. Wait 10 minutes. Read the results.
ATTENTION! Readings taken too early or too late may be distorted.
Interpretation of the results:
Positive result: two strips appear - control strip and test strip
Negative result: only the control strip appears
Incorrect result: no strip appears - test invalid
