The Diff-Quick-Set is a set of dyes for rapid differentiation staining of hematology smears and various clinical samples for in-vitro diagnostics. Dyes react alkaline or acidic, which causes the cellular components to be stained in different colours. The dyeing method depends on many factors, such as pH, dye content, amount of buffer substances, dyeing time and fixation. The three-step staining gives a quick result of about 15 seconds in total. The set includes 3 bottles of 500 ml.
