Foil-paper sleeve
The foil-paper sleeve is used to sterilize instruments with steam in overpressure or ethylene oxide. The packaging consists of two surfaces: paper and foil. The surfaces, although different, are characterized by ideal properties that aid in the sterilization process. They are connected by a 3-channel heat seal, which shows exceptional barrier properties, and at the same time facilitates safe and easy opening. Optimally selected paper weight (60g / m2) ensures adequate tear resistance. The packages are printed with S, EO, FO sterilization chemical indicators. These indicators change colors depending on which sterilization process the package contents are subjected to. Thanks to this option, it is very easy and quick to check whether the packaging and its contents have been sterilized. The temperature of the packaging seal is in the range of 160-200 ° C. The temperature level depends on the type of welding device. Disposable packaging allows for safe sterilization and storage of medical materials. 4 sizes are available.
